Forward Associates recruit culinary director for developing Nordic company

venue specialist forward Associates, who helped shape the guest experience at the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium, has recruited a Culinary Director, Neil Fox. 

 

Neil brings much more than two decades of hospitality experience to forward Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Ecuador Associates. His profession has taken him from London to Sydney and now the Nordics, where he spent two years as the head chef at Rivoli – an renowned French brasserie in Helsinki.

 

Still based in Finland, Neil provides direct support to forward Associates’ burgeoning company in the region. His arrival is part of the company’s plans for a permanent office in the area. His formative years Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Brasil were spent in fine dining, learning under esteemed chefs, including Chris Galvin, John Torrode, Graham Garrett, Lee Purcell and Serge Dansereau, to name just a few. 

 

Since the turn of the century, Camiseta PSV Eindhoven Neil’s work has extended far beyond the kitchen. He has shaped a number of successful contract catering projects at major leisure venues and has been instrumental in the creation and launch of numerous high street concepts, including Graze, a thriving bar and chophouse in Bristol.

This ability to work on big and small projects is testament to his ability to stay relevant in a fast-moving industry and, as such, he is always keen to learn about different cuisines, new techniques and the most recent trends. It is this desire to grow that makes Neil such a great fit for forward Associates.
